Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital item delivery, refunds are only issued in specific circumstances outlined below.

1. General Policy

Ylves operates an automated delivery system for digital items. All trades are logged with full detail including timestamps, item specifics, usernames, and trade outcomes. Because delivery is instant and automated, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once items have been successfully delivered.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Failed delivery — Our system was unable to deliver items and our team cannot resolve the issue through manual delivery.
  • Duplicate payment — You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Wrong items delivered — The items delivered do not match what was ordered (must be reported within 24 hours).

3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

  • Items were successfully delivered (confirmed by our trade logs).
  • You provided an incorrect Roblox username.
  • You declined or failed to accept the trade request.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • Your account was banned, restricted, or terminated by Roblox after delivery.
  • You initiated a chargeback without contacting us first.

4. Proof Requirement

All refund requests must include:

  • Your order ID.
  • Your Roblox username used at checkout.
  • Screenshots or video evidence supporting your claim.
  • A clear description of the issue.

We will cross-reference your claim against our automated trade logs. Our logs record every step of the delivery process and serve as the primary source of truth for dispute resolution.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the chargeback process and will provide our trade logs as evidence to the payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, submit a ticket through our Support page with all required proof. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
